PARAMOUNT+ EMPLOYEE ROLLOUT
When Paramount+ — ViacomCBS’ all-new streaming service — launched in March, one part of our job in amplifying the company’s overall streaming strategy was to get employees excited and keep them informed about the new service. We did just that with a multifaceted internal campaign that introduced Paramount+ with email and Slack communications, custom emojis, video content and more. We also marked the occasion with a Nasdaq bell-ringing ceremony and video we produced that aired in Times Square and featured employees around the world giving a round of applause.
Our team also created a dynamic digital activation titled “Explore the Mountain,” where employees could learn more about Paramount+, take a quiz, win swag, listen to music from shows and movies on Paramount+, get a first look at upcoming shows, check out promos and hear what some of our talents had to say about the service.
